Job vacancy Warehouse Manager

Duties will be to manage the entire warehouse

Inventory Management: This involves overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Supervision of Warehouse Staff: Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising warehouse staff. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure productivity and safety.

Facility Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse facility.

Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and resolving any issues related to damaged or missing goods.

Equipment Management: Responsible for ensuring that all equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, is properly maintained and operated safely.

Optimizing Operations: Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs in warehouse operations. This may involve implementing new technology, streamlining processes, or reorganizing the layout of the warehouse.
