Requirements:

Minimum of matric certificate

Computer literate

Experience in quality control is a must

Experience in measuring

Ability to read and interpret drawings

About:

• Inspect and approve components
• Calibrate in house instruments
• Sign off 1st off and last off components
• Component marking
• Approval of 1st offs and last offs
• Roving inspection
• Marking of components and nameplates
• Non-conforming product reporting
• Final Inspection
• Inspection and calibration of in-house instruments
• Filing of heat treatment results and material certificates
• Assist regarding day-to-day requirements deemed necessary by management.
• Final inspection of new and repairs
• 1st and last off on testing
• Completion of job pack at final inspection
• Testing of components including hardness etc

Salary:

R20,000 - R25,000 CTC per month in line with experience and education
