The Studio is situated in tranquil surroundings with ample amount of parking and classes are conducted in a professional manner.
Just looking for Pilates classes or do you have back problems, are you post-surgery, are you in need of rehabilitation or interested in improving your core strength, flexibility and overall well-being? We have two BASI trained instructors and One of our Pilates instructors is a qualified Physiotherapist ensuring that thorough knowledge is given to all clients...those with and without pathology.
This studio is close to Bryanston, Randburg, Olivedale, Northriding, Sundowner and Randpark Ridge.
