You are by far the worse travel agency in South Africa; you have nothing to be proud of. I as a manager of a guest house must remind, beg, and get angry with your agents in order to receive any feedback or payment. This has not happened once but every time I get a request from your agents for accommodation.
I am sure you can understand that a 50% deposit is the only surety an establishment can demand in order to fill bed nights. I do not know how your system works and you as the agent should surely know this.
When I enquire about a booking nobody can help even the agent that has done the booking!!!!!
Karen Olivier has said in each of our unfortunate telephonic conversations that I have an attitude, believe me by then I do have an attitude. Playing the blame game is not a privilege either of us can afford.
All of the agents send each other emails about payments, great but still the payment must be fought for, WHY??????? I even spoke to Veronica (Manager) on Tuesday about a booking she would have phoned me back, nothing. Apparently the booking is now in orbit, great job :(
If you are struggling with your admin and finance department rather go and do training with Travelcousellars you can only benefit. Otherwise I am afraid you will not last.
How you treat this bad review will be the direction in which your company will grow or wilt.
