Department Of Home Affairs - Newcastle

My child and I came to Newcastle for holiday over the festive season. On 13/12/2017 she applied for a smart id card. Up to now the card is not available. We have now come back to Eastern Cape.I would like to know what can I do to have the card sent to our now nearest office.

My name is Brian age 22 from Zimbabwe .I have a child with a SouthAfrican lady last year but we are no longer together because she was HIV positive and I was negative for that reason we separated ..I love my child so much because she is my first and I am willing to look after her.so my question is ?is it possible for me to apply for a permit or a citizenship so that I will be able to be here in South Africa to support my child .I am looking forward for your reply
