Company description
Rezoning was initiated immediately, and this turned out to be a long, difficult and expensive procedure which was only finalised in 2006! The Department of Water Affairs introduced new requirements concerning sewage and boreholes, which took another 6 months before permission was granted. Immediately, phase 1 of the development was begun. The original buildings were demolished to make way for the modernised, luxury chalets that exist today.
