Dzukani Holdings (Pty) Limited is the brainchild of its executive directors, Mr. TT Selahle, Mr. PC Mokeretla and Mr. GQ Mhlongo. The company was incorporated in September 2008. The holdings company was formed by the strategic merger of 4 close corporations which are now the divisions of the holdings. The executive directors were previously conducting their business under the name Dzukani Business Registrations and ICT Solutions CC which has in the past 4 years of its existence, built a substancial clientele database. The success of Dzukani Business Registrations and ICT Solutions CC and the demand of our services was the deciding factor in forming Dzukani Holdings (Pty) Limited.
