clients. Should you wish to monitor a specific order, we can tag that shipment to notify you of any procedure completed (eg. Once shipment is submitted to customs for clearance) by e-mail, fax or sms. This will be an excellent management tool for those extremely important shipments. Management will be able to track shipment procedures step by step, as every staff member will have a login. We can see dates and times of calls, e-mails, sms' etc. We will be able to check how long a shipment took from start to finish. This will enable us to improve our service where there are possible delays. All calls with clients will be logged into the computer programme for management purposes, and will be stored with each file. We will be able to draw stats on any routing of cargo worldwide, from transport method used, pieces shipped, total weight shipped between certain routes, and value of consignments moved at any given time. All e-mails received will be dragged and dropped into the virtual file for ease of reference. The list goes on... the end result, is our clients and ourselves will benefit service wise from Technology.
