Can I get service please!!!!
Afternoon listen I need assistance asap I've been at clicks so many times at this stage I'm just pissed my son is on treatment for 6 months Clicks at Cleary Park has my son's original script and gave me a copy said they gonna upload ot and I can go to any clicks been to different branches every month and They keep on telling me that its not been uploaded as a repeat yet it clearly states that is for 6 months and every time the Branch need to phone Cleary Park and than I wait for hours. Now my son is in East London they went to clicks that side and couldn't be assisted again because his script is not up for repeat and they couldn't even help him with the copy yet Clicks are the ones that has the original Script my son really needs this guys I've been complaining for months now even phoned in to your call center 2 months ago but still this is unacceptable

Customer service
Promenade store in Mitchell's plain after waiting in line with my ticket no 189 and not being helped after ticket no 198 I asked for help and was told too wait. I then said that i think something is wrong with your system can I speak too the manager. The manager then instead of helping me as there was three till points open said that I must continue to wait after 30 mins when eventually I was helped I had to wait again as the printing machine was malfunctioning .
I have a lot of respect for the Clicks name Brand but poor customer service really brings down the name and will rather go to Dischem

Horrible pharmacist(Pamela Ngwenya)terrible service
I and my husband went to get drugs at clicks table bay mall sunningdale..for my 13 months old son, and while we gave the pharmacist (Pamela Ngwenya) the prescription, she seemed uninterested and kept dismissing questions asked and even before tendering the drugs to us, she said how much it was as if we didn’t know with prescriptions comes buying, it’s not as if it’s for free, so we asked her why she told us the price, she just started raising her voice at us! And after she dispensed the drugs, my husband simply told her how she reacted to us was wrong and she snatched the drugs from me to cut it and started saying she regrets selling drugs to us, it’s clicks and not her father’s company. She was going to take back drugs that didn’t belong to both adults but a 13month old child. She needs to be queried! She’s a horrible person and should not be in clicks prescribing drugs. PAMELA NGWENYA OF CLICKS TABLE BAY MALL IS PETTY, WICKED AND OVERLY ENTITLED. Thanks.

Worst place to get vaccinated
I will not recommend anyone to get vaccinated at clicks, actyally leave the vaccination to hospitals. Received the worst treatment ever and if that's how your vaccination procedure is done then rather send your staff for training and that training must include customer service.I went to clicks the crossing here in mahikeng to get vaccinated and when I got there the lady by the name of Daphne Mahloramela asked me for my ID number only and the next thing there she was with the injections????‍♀️. She looked very tired and less interested in what she was doing. The only thing she said to me was they dont have J&J but Pfizer and second date for my doze, and that was it then she injected me. I expected a better service and procedure as this was my first time, I mean to be checker my temperature first because at the door it was not taken, secondly to be asked if I have chronic diseases and as well for my BP to be taken, thirdly to be asked random health questions and allergies and to be told about complications I might have after being vaccinated. The only thing she said was the date for my second jap.

Refuse to vacinate for COVID-19
I have been in the clicks store in vdbjl 3 times to vacinate.

All three time’s they informed me they closed for vacinations. After I confirmed with them when I can come in they confirmed the time that I can come in.

Traumatic intimidation by manager and security with refund/exchange refusal
On the 10th of August I visited the Clicks store in Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti to return my 2 months old heater which had exploded while plugged in and tripped my power supply at home. I was met by the manager Thabraiz Farouk, who said they would first need to ''test" the heater to confirm my story in order for an exchange/return to happen. They did this by plugging it into one of the plugs in the store, because it went on they refused to give me an exchange/refund and told me to take the heater back home as it was working. I refused to do this and insisted on a refund as this appliance was now a danger and hazard to my home. It also has a 1 year guarantee which I had proof of payment for. This gentleman insisted I take the heater and decided to call security for me because I was being "difficult" and he wanted to protect himself in case something happens. I found this very offensive and condescending as I didn't understand why he needed to call security for me because I was not being violent. I decided to leave my heater there as I was feeling intimidated by the security guards and this was causing a scene. I haven't heard from Clicks Galleria since. This was a traumatic experience for me and the matter was inappropriately handled.

Pathetic service and incorrect prices in shelves
Went to Clicks Lambton to buy stuff. At till all the goods prices was incorrect not as per shelve prices and also not 3 for 2 on the special. I had to run up and down in the shop to proof the prices and get the tickets from the shelves. Then the manager told me that the orice on the shrlve is for something else. But there was no other goods on the shelve and only the One Price........pathetic .if this us hiw Clicks operate I will never buy from yr company again. Just pathetic manager with no assistance.

Horizon View Clicks
Where to start, after supporting this clicks and being upset everytime afterwards this would be my last time. The staff a d supervisor is rude and if you ask for help they always tell you to go a other store or they are irritated to help to busy on their cell phones. Please call me would like to give details. Let me just say again the older woman superviser is useless abd think you area joke. HELLO PETER IS MY NEXT MAIL BECAUSE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ALISHA ********

Shortage of things I ordered online
I ordered online and one of my things has not been delivered it's been 14 days now when I call call centers keep on giving me a reference after my reference I'm annoyed and dissapointed if you can't bring my parcel refund me PLEASE

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at one of your stores - Clicks Southgate.

Yesterday I made a purchase of R424.76 and there was a problem with the Till.

The till operator said that the transaction did not go through on the system but when I looked at my internet banking it showed that the payment had in fact gone through, I made him look at my cellphone banking alert at this point.

After almost 30 minutes of deliberation I asked for the manager. When the manager eventually came to the Tills (Ms. Fikiswa Dlamini) she was very condescending and rude and asked me to leave the store and return in the morning if the money hasn’t been reversed back into my account. I asked her to call the Head Office to find out if there’s no way that I could get my money back at that moment, she connected me to someone who told me that the banking department had already gone home and that they wont be able to assist which did not help me much.

I explained to her that I do not live in JHB and that I was merely at that store to get some spoils for my kids because they live in JHB.

She very rudely asked me to leave and told me that she would call me if she had any news for me. After she gave me the ultimatum of leaving the goods in the store or paying again EVEN AFTER I SHOWERD HER THAT THE TRANSACTION HAD GONE THROUGH ON MY CELLPHONE.

So now my question to you Sir is, how does this happen at a reputable store like clicks? Will I ever get my money back? Is this the new way that Clicks operates in the financial position that we find ourselves in as a country?

I am so disappointed in the conduct and attitude of your staff members, that I will never set foot in another Clicks store ever.

All I really want is for my money to be paid back into my account because I work very hard for my money.

Great service
Great service from all the staff at Clicks Douglasdale village,patient staff ,well groomed and trained ,I have been buying Kambrok electronics from them for my family in Zimbabwe no come backs and they have been of great help
