Discount vouchers
Why do you partner with Vodacom and their discount vouchers if you can't honour them.
Why don't you have trained staff to assist customers with problems??

unfriendly rude and unhelpful
We went two days ago to get covid test done at President Hyper Krugersdorp Dischem just to be told we have to come back today as they did not have test kits. We left and went back today to be told that we have to make a booking, we then went online to do this but the site does not work and we could not book. Again we were treated very rudely by the nurse and was shown away, I am a diabetic and has hassimotos disease and therefore need this test to be done urgently as I have my son and his friend living with me. We were exposed to the virus. We are told by the manager that now suddenly they are only allowed to assist 20 people a day, this was never disclosed, i wonder how the WHO will feel about this. we have the recording of how rude the nurse is as well.

Hi i just want to address things that happen at dischem Mooirivier Potchefstroom they treat outsite merchandisers like nothing they must clean and do dischem work and if you dont do it then they chased you out of the store Petrus chase someone out on the 11June 2021 for consulting him a out private and he told the person she make him Naar,i will following this case and will see what will happen and how this will be sort out

Disgusting and no communication
Dis-Chem Westgate
On Tuesday, 1 June, I got a phone call from head office to inform me on my prescribed medication. I was so thankful, this was the first time this have ever happened. When the lady confirmed my order, she said I could collect it. There wasn't any delivery option, but then I requested delivery and she said it is possible. When I asked about one of the pills, she said that I needed a new script, but for now I can have it and submit my script afterwards. On Thursday, 3 June, I WhatsApped the store to confirm the delivery of the pills. Needless to say, they read the WhatsApp. On Friday, 4 June, the medication and prescribed body lotion arrived. I opened it, and I found the lotion wasn't mixed. It was all separate in the bag. The one pot was open and the cream was bulging out and the pills wasn't included. I phoned the store and told them that I am currently not impressed by what they call quality service. After waiting 2 hours for them to come and pick up their mistake, I phoned them, telling them that I am going to leave for lunch, I can not make the co-payment, since I am not home and I need my card. I confirmed that I will leave the messy cream at the complex security and they can pick it up. An hour after I got home, the intercom rang and I opened the gate. As I walked outside I found the Dis-chem bike, parked. It was the same guy from that morning. He came to bring me my money, that was already a co-payment, that morning. I refused to accept it... Then I found out that there was a miscommunication in the store. The lady, who dealt with my problem, was on lunch, when I phoned. The stand in, who answered the phone, took the message as "bring me my money, I'm going to another branch to resolve the issue". Now we are at 16:50... The delivery guy took the change, got the cream and went to the store. It was only on Saturday morning, 24 hours after the first delivery, that my order was delivered, in full.

Covid Vaccines
My husband & I had our Covid vaccine at your head office last week Thursday. From the security guard at the gate, to the staff manning the lines as well as the medical staff, everyone was helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our long wait was comfortable. Please pass on our appreciation.

Fake Gold Standard Whey Protein at Dischem Northgate Mall
I bought Gold Standard Whey Protein today 22 May2021 at Northgate Mall. I have bought the same before. However the one I bought today is VERY VERY different from what I usually buy , in texture, look , it does not mix well and it has an after taste. For a whole R1599. And thus its definetely not Gold Standard

Vaccine Experience
This morning my husband and I set off for Midrand to have out first vaccine.
From the moment we arrived at the gate to leaving 3 hours later our experience from all the staff at Dischem was truely wonderful.
They all worked so hard to make the whole 3 hours pleasant , helpful and clearly efficiently run. The atmosphere was one of joy and excitement.
Thank you all the staff of Dischem for being there for us.

Willem en Tienie is hoogs proffesioneel en gee werklik om vir hulle kliente.Die hulp,advies is van ware belang en Tienie en Willem gaan uit hulle pad uit.Die Dischem in Villiage mall Harties is top.Willem,Tienie en Inge julle is tops.

Bad Service again
Call Woodmead and some other branches. Someone finally answers after at least 10 mins, puts the phone on the counter for a while and then closes the call another person is chatting to a colleague and then puts the phone down on me. Such terrible service, you are obviously getting too big to care about your clients.
I had to drive to Woodmead yesterday to get an answer to a question?????

RESTRICTIONS TO TROLLEY USE
Emalahleni Dischem (Highveld Mall) We were using trolleys from other shops due to few DISCHEM trolleys always used by store attendants. Now there are new trolleys and we are not allowed to carry groceries to the parking. On 21 March 2021 I spent +R1000.
That's rude to enjoy
money and withold due customer benefit.
