My son and I applied for our passports on the 17 July 2015 at the Alberton HA Offices. While it took us the best part of 5 hours and a bit more in the que, once we got inside it went fairly quickly. One has to just go prepared and with a world of patience in hand. I want to add that the new digital system is absolutely wonderful.
