Reviews of Department Of Home Affairs - Alberton

I have been trying for over a week to contact Home Affairs Alberton and nobody answers the phones they are seriously useless there

My son and I applied for our passports on the 17 July 2015 at the Alberton HA Offices. While it took us the best part of 5 hours and a bit more in the que, once we got inside it went fairly quickly. One has to just go prepared and with a world of patience in hand. I want to add that the new digital system is absolutely wonderful. They have a good working process and it would work a bit faster if hey had more operators. A BIIIIIIG Thumbs Up to Home Affairs.

It took me more than 3 hours to get my passport papers handed in. This plac. e is useless. Phone doesnt work. People on counter that is suppose to work is chatting with each other. No manager avaidable
