Frustration and disappointment
I bought a Hisense TV for cash at Ok Hennenman branch in May 2020. It started malfunction around October 2021. I took it to the store and it was repaired. Same thing happened 10 weeks ago, I asked for it to be picked up but 2 weeks went by and nobody came, I asked why and the response I got from Donald (manager) is that the delivery men couldn't find my address what is strange is that our town is small,the TV was delivered by them on the day of the purchase and why was I not made aware that they couldn't find my address so I took it to the store myself. The manager made me wait 2and half hours to sign the papers and the store wasn't even busy. It has been approximately 9-10 weeks since I took it to be repaired, I call every week but the lady who answers my calls doesn't know anything about my TV, she always tells me that she'll ask the manager and get back to me which she never does. I want my money back or at the very least get a new TV because I'm worried as to what is going to happen when the warranty expires. the service at Hennenman branch is worse and I hope I never have to deal with them ever again after this. I'm disappointed and frustrated
