Review Competition

First I saw the ad on tv, no bottle store knew about it. I found one that knew and bought a case. Now the number to enter does not work (*120*300#). How must I enter? I tried contacting them with no success. The complaint line does not work???? I have sent a few emails but no response? How would I know that I could have been a winner if I can't enter??????????
