Competition
First I saw the ad on tv, no bottle store knew about it. I found one that knew and bought a case. Now the number to enter does not work (*120*300#). How must I enter? I tried contacting them with no success. The complaint line does not work???? I have sent a few emails but no response? How would I know that I could have been a winner if I can't enter??????????

Quality product
I have just purchases 3 750 Heineken and 1 of the bottles had a deficiency, it's not filled up as the other 2 bottles so I'm not sure if it's a real product and it's safe to drink
