Review reckless drivers

Can the management of Menlyn taxi association try go discipline their reckless and disrespectful drivers. On Friday 2nd of July I took a taxi from Lynnwood to Pretoria central and the driver were reckless and he was only thinking of himself not commuters, maybe his got early death wish thats why he was driving 180km in a 100km road ????i even got of where I don't have to, because I was scared and saving my life from being involved in an accident that are always caused by stupid illiterate drivers.
