I been using you taxis for over 15 years, i never had problems with it.. All drivers that i met very nice and always ready to help. If they see me coming out of my house they stop and wait.. I normally drive beetwen Brooklyn and walker.

THE TAXI INCREASE IS REALLY NOT IN A GOOD TIME. WHERE ARE WE EXPECTED TO GET THIS MONEY SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY CALCULATED AND SAVED UP FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST SINCE WE RECEIVE SALARIES ON THE 25TH? THIS IS JUST NOT ALRIGHT AT ALL.

Can the management of Menlyn taxi association try go discipline their reckless and disrespectful drivers. On Friday 2nd of July I took a taxi from Lynnwood to Pretoria central and the driver were reckless and he was only thinking of himself not commuters, maybe his got early death wish thats why he was driving 180km in a 100km road ????i even got of where I don't have to, because I was scared and saving my life from being involved in an accident that are always caused by stupid illiterate drivers. Here is the car registration DW24TJ I even took a pic of the taxi as a proof.

12 fEBRUARY 2020 I USUALLY CATCH TAXIS GOING HOME FROM WORK AND GET TO WORK SAFELY BUT ON THIS DAY I GOT INTO A WRONG TAXI. I TOLD THE DRIVER I AM GOING TO MOOIKLOOF RIDGE HE TELLS ME HE IS GOING TO MENYLN AND SAYS I MUST GET IN HE WILL DROP ME THERE BECAUSE HE ISNT GOING TO MOOIKLOOF RIDGE, WHICH IS WHAT I USUALLY EXPERIENCE. THEY DROP ME OFF AT MENYLN TO CATCH A TAXI TO MOOIKLOOF SOME EVEN REFER ME TO ONE OF THE OTHER DRIVERS TO TAKE ME WHEN WE GET TO MENLYN AND I PAY ONCE. BUT THIS DIVER OF A QUANTUM JJ15WR TAKES ME DROPS ME AT MENLYN FORCES ME TO PAY SWEARS AT ME. I PAID HIM LEFT HIS TAXI GOT ANOTHER TAXI PAID ANOTHER AMOUNT. I PAID DOUBLE THE AMOUNT JUST TO GET HOME FROM MENLO PARK. WE AS PASSANGERS PREFER TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER TAXI IF A DRIVER ISNT GOING THERE BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT WE WILL GET THE CORRECT TAXI AND PAY ONCE!. BUT GOOD TAXI DRIVERS OFFER TO DROP US AT MENLYN AND DO NOT MAKE US PAY CAUSE ITS EITHER HE LEAVES ME THERE TO GET ANOTHER ONE WHICH GOES STRAIGHT TO MY DESTINATION.

KINDLY PLEASE ATTEND TO OUR COMPALINTS WE CANNOT BE TREATED THIS WAY.

I waited hours for a taxi in Equestria, waited for almost an hour for a taxi.

When are we going to be taken serious, Menlyn taxis at Unisa university its a total mess. You get in a taxi then you communicate with the driver that youre going to marabastard then they take you to unisa then when we get there no taxi driver wants to go to marabastard mind you there 4 to 5 taxis waiting fighting on whose going where and so fourth and at that time we have already paid our taxi fair, the next thing when we go to hiking spots its a problem yet again. Who is is responsible for this menlyn taxis PLEASE intervene we are tired of being late at work because of this taxi drivers.

I was going to menlyn to meet friends and I got on a taxi. Not even a kilometer at the shell garage on Lynnwood the taxi stopped to change passengers. We were urged to pay by the Marshall and I obliged. I got a phone call saying I should no longer go to menlyn because my friends were on their way back to Hatfield. While the taxi was PARKED AND STANDING STILL I asked for my money back because I no longer needed the ride. The marshall said no and the driver was saying I should get my money. The man still refused and I had no choice but to leave my money there. Incident was in a Toyota quantum reg HK 54 CF GP

I HAVE BEEN USING MENLYN TAXIS FOR 8 YEARS , AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES I GOT FROM THE THE DRIVER WHO DRIVES JD 49 CV GP . HE CANT JUST DROP ME ON THE WAY WHERE AM NOT GOING HE SAYS HE DID NOT UNDER WHEN I SAID AM GOING THE GLEN VILLLAGE

Today the 18th of June 2019 a taxi driver driving a taxi with registration number CP 95 CD GP showed no respect to us a passengers. So we got into this taxi at Sunny side and this guy drivers off and we haven't even sat down and the door is not yet closed, he just rushes to get the people at the next stop without even closing the door so when I ask him why are you driving off while we have not sat down and with the door open he was like now you are sitting down Now mus so you complain OK fine the next people get in the taxi and still he drives off while people have not yet sat down, OK it drives on to Charles street and there's that little convoy towards ROper street and I beg him to say please don't turn here as I have to get ofF by the next Robot(roper street) and his response was a rude one he was like "no aketlo kgatla wena na kaya no convoy" so please teach this specific drivers manners his old enough he should have just said no there's convoy there can I please use this street instead of the usual street we use not to say "amazon what's mina" in a taxi full of people and of which I paid him and he was not doing me a favour by using Charles street.

after being told to jump into the taxi by the driver and the queue marshal telling us to jump out and go find a taxi at the back (emuva) several times the same marshal pointed another car to jump into. FC 87 PT GP. this driver then told the 4 people to Moreleta to jump off cause he's only going as far as Menlym Maine. Of course again it was jump in jump out several times. Then with the "4" back in the car we drove off. At cnr Prinsloo and Vermeulen street the four were ordered out of the car by the driver (ngizo thola abantu e ndleleni!). That he did. People to Atterbury and all sorts of directions. We get to Menlyn waited over 15min while the driver waived his hands and gave hand signals and gestures to other taxi drivers. When he returned one lady complained "next time please don't pick us up at the taxi rank only to change your mind/route along the way and waiste our time. Don't mix different routes cause it waists time." He told the lady to climb out his car. the lady requested a refund. He raised his voice at her that's when we all spoke up. demanded our refunds and we would gladly jump out of his car. He pulled down the hand brake and we were on our way. I jumped off at the game entrance bus stop. Had I known I could have just walked and I would have been at work sooner but the other people did not have that option and why should we have to?
