Review Very rude receptionist !

First of all I am a member of virgin and planet fitness.
Never had this at Virgin they are professional I’m every sense the staff are friendly and caring.

Planet fitness there is talk about the sanitizer that they have is water it smells like nothing.
Even if it is a eco friendly sanitizer as they say it is as a member you have a rite not to feel comfortable using this.
Amazing how their staff at reception have a stronger one.
Yesterday I asked if I could use it like I normally do and the spoke to the MOD Manager of the day to please put one in the women’s section she said I could take the bottle and keep it their, which was very understanding.
I was busy spraying the bench with this lady shouldn’t actually call her that walks in and with no way of communicating I was actually shocked abruptly tells me I cannot spray that on their and grabs it out my hand while I’m using it and tells me she wants it. My niece whom I was with was actually shocked too.
I told her the manager told me I could keep it till I’m finished she continues to give me a speech in an abrupt manner. I took it out her hands since I was still busy with it and told her she is rude and then she has the cheek to shout at me.
A women like this should not have a position like this ! I would like to take this further I have been a member their for ages all my friends and relatives have come their cause of me and have always been happy and never had this rudeness!

Their sanitizer needs to be addressed a lot of people walk around looking for one that makes them feel comfortable.
Where is the customer care !
