Disappointing customer treatment
On Monday, 30 November 2020 I phoned the Makro Silver Lakes store to enquire about a Samsung 100cm Smart TV that was advertised. The receptionist put my call through to a lady who would be able to assist. This lady, unfortunately I did not get her name, had no telephone etiquette. I really think Makro would do well to educate their staff in this regard. I was guaranteed that they had stock. On arrival at the store a little later nobody knew about the call and no stock could be found. Staff seemed reluctant, unwilling and unable to assist. I will not visit this store again. A telephone call and time wasted.
