Alarm at my house has been defective, going off at night and no response call from the ADT Control room. Reported the matter at the Rustenburg brunch over a week ago and following up daily on the set appointment with the Technician to do repairs and always given an excuse "Tomorrow , Tomorrow" .
My question is that does this company really CARE about their customers , and are they honestly following their "motto"
Safety of my Home / Family is of outmost importance and the money one pays for the service stated by this Company is truly questionable.
