Question for GERMISTON HUB POST OFFICE

I have been tracking a parcel of mine, RB********SG, and it is apparently sitting at the Hub since mid May. Please can you inform me of where and when I can collect it because the tracking seems to have stopped. Yours sincerely, Diane
