GERMISTON HUB POST OFFICE

I have been waiting for a parcel from the Germiston Mail Centre and all they can say is that on the 16 of June 2022 some guys broke into the premises and opened all parcels and stole all goods. and that my parcel was 1 of them. I spoke to a lady that works there by the name of RHULANI and she even showed me photos on her phone. Surely the Germiston Mail Centre should have some type of insurance to protect there clients against parcels gone missing or stolen.

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 17 of May 2021 RR********TO and been calling Germiston hub since. They do not pick up their calls and when they finally do, they can’t check your parcel while you wait on the call. They take your details and promise to come back to you and they never come back. This is very unprofessional, I have obviously lost my parcel and my money here.

I have been waiting for my parcel from Netherland. I tried to call multiple tines and its stuck there with them. Ive checked it on track17 n it says expired. Germiston hub is not a safe place for people's parcel...SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!

I've been trying to get through to Germiston Post Office Hub to trace my order as I was advised to call in on Thursday because the is currently there and I have not been able to get through... It's really frustrating! I need this package asap. May I get help.

The security said they can't let me in, it's been 6 months since I bought the staff overseas

Anyone knows which number to call. I have purchased this item since April and the tracking is VR********YP. I have been to Midrand Post office and still nothing. Called germiston hub and they didnt call back as promised and did not pick up when i called back. Its been 3 months now.

I have been waiting for my order for more than a month now and yet SAPO delays it even further this is just frustrating, please help with urgent assistance.

South African Post Office is Useless, and they are proud of it, the 25% school pass rates are definitely reflecting and shining through in the South African Post Office, dumb as two short planks, they never answer calls yet shout for yearly increases, they never answer call yet think the public owes them support, their 25% pass rates are now becoming evident in their daily work, this country seems doomed if the SAPO does not do something about this soon.

I have been trying for a week now to attain an important document! I travelled all the way to Germiston as my document was traced to the Hub post office only to find that at 3pm there wasnt a person except for security in site???

i order two items from overseas the one is still 79 days over due, the other one 36 days over due. they lie and say they have notified you of the arrival of your parcels when they have not. if it wasn't for track my parcel system I would be lost, they never answer phones nor emails. They are to date the worst service I've ever received in my entire life.

My Parcel is stuck in Germiston Hub since 30 April 2018 till today 29 May 2018 it's still there, being sending emails to post office no response either...do these people need us to just give up so that they can steal them as unclaimed?

I orders Items from overseas and received daily tracking update from the overseas post office, but now in South Africa it is a different story, none of my parcels is registered on their system. Most arrived middle April already an we are today 22/05/2018. My daughter is getting married and it is her wedding goods. Pathetic!!!!!!!

Bought a package from overseas.
I have been tracking it since I was told it past customs.
It arrived at the GERMISTON (HUB) on the 15th of Feb 2018. (Today's date is 29/03/2018)
The service is non-existent and no one can help.

I have a parcell in Germiston Hub from 18 Jan 2017. They do not answer calls, have spoken with customer carre headoffice who could not help via email and telephone.

I need my parcell as it landed 20 Dec 2016 already. Its 6 February. It had to be delivered in 1 week from supplier as we paid for it.

The service is non existant and no one can help. Is it fair that we be held over a barrel and no one helps.

Please if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.
