Poor quality
Morning, the shoe pic attached is hardly 2 months, but already the strip underneath is ripped off. I trusted Nike with good quality running shoes... my latest pair is a let down when it comes to quality.

I bought my sneakers in April 2017 at Shelflife in cape town and noticed that the zip is breaking and the material around the zip area is torn. I went into the store yesterday and spoke to the "general manager" Ashley benn who told me their policy of 3 months with the brand Nike. I wasn't happy and asked him to escalate my complaint. He asked me to take pic and email him which I did. He also said that they will not help me and made it clear but I insisted that he escalats. I emailed him this morning for feedback and he said the same thing in his email as yesterday. Does Nike sneakers really only last for 3 months??? Is the quality gone down??? I know this is a factory fault. The entire sneaker upper is genuine leather but the area around the zip is not. Bad bad very bad. I have Nike sneakers for years and that I wear all the time with nothing wrong. You cannot tell me your quality is this bad. Ashley did not even offer to send the sneaker back to the brand manager for investigation, he just said I cannot leave the sneakers with him.

I recently purchased a pair of nike Cortez... not even a month later and they are peeling... and coming loose from the sole. I've worn them a handful of times . Terribly disappointed in the product... unfortunately I am only able to upload the one picture as that's all this site allows.

I've recently purchased a black Nike Hoodie and I have to admit that I am quite disappointed as I washed it once for 15mins and it looks like an old top that was worn quite alot, even the colour has faded. I've had many hoodies of a lesser quality than what you expect Nike to be and I have never experienced this issue. I would have expected a much better quality for the price that I paid for it.

To whom this may concern.

I am an athlete and train 4-5 hours a day and therefore I choose to compete and train with the best gear which is Nike. I have always had great service from Nike and with taking good care of my gear it lasts a long time. I have however bought a pair of the Nike running tights in February and within 2 weeks the Nike sign came off after only wearing and washing it 2 times. A month later I went to the Nike store in Cape Town and told them about the tights. They said it wasn't supposed to happen, but that I would have to bring the slip to deal with it, which I didn't keep, cause it was supposed to last like my previous running gear, so I left it and bought another pair, (again for R790, can't exactly remember the exact price, might have been more) and so the same happened, I this really upsets me. So a month later the stripes became to wear and tear terribly. I still wear it, but I am really disappointed. I am a student and I already don't have a budget to actually wear Nike so I save for long periods of time to be able to buy the great quality, and that is why I am even more upset.

I will always stay true to Nike, because I love the designs and most of the time it is quality gear, but please look into this, so it wouldn't happen again. Looking forward to hear from you. Have a nice day.

I would just like to say that shopping at the Nike store at East Point, East Rand Mall Galleria, is an awesome experience. The staff there are fantastic. I would like to thank Sbulelo (on the floor) and Lesley (till) in particular. Keep up the great work! Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to complete the online survey within the specified time but felt that these two staff members deserved to be recognised for outstanding service. I really hope that this message will be passed onto them as well.

I was very loyal Nike brand supporter.I have spent at least 100K on Nike gym clothes and takkies.Nike brought out tights black with stripes on about three months ago, they were very popular and I bought a pair.The print adhesive was starting to delaminated from the nylon and I hardly whore them.I contacted the manageress at the Fourways Mall branch and gave her the serial number.She contacted me back and said she would sort my complaint out.I know her as Dilosha as she had on blue contact lenses.The communication and interaction was very poor and eventually I have to go into the store on 29/4/2017 , and she was very rude and refused to exchange or refund the item.I liked the pants so much I would have gladly taken another pair , however I felt I was now forced to take something else due to a Nike product fault.After a she made me so upset and demaned to see the slips my husband offered to help and buy something and then I gave the money back to me.This has me me very negative about the brand and the service it was day I would like to forget....

Quality of the Nike running compression socks is shocking. After one run holes in the toe box area, definitely not my toe nails, as none of my other socks (mostly falke) have a single hole!

Hi just want to thank nike on a great shoe . I have been injured for 3 years now ,battling to find the correct shoe. don't want to mention the shoe that started all the problems for me. having big faith in that brand of shoe that I ran in the last 10 years ,I'm just very disappointed. I changed to the nike Vemero 11. And wow I can't fault the shoe at all .great support and a great fit. I'm back on the road again thanks to this shoe . I can't wait to support this great brand of shoe . Please promise that you won't make any aggressive changes to the shoe in the future models as it is perfect the way it is. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.
