Bad Telephone manners and rude manager at OR Tambo.
I had a really terrible experience with the manager at Nike OR Tambo today 19/02/2019, called in asking if the had any vacancies, he was so rude and even hung up a phone on my ear when I told him that I heard they were looking for staff, he got mad with the fact that I was referred by someone, is it a problem with applying through word of mouth,I really dont think he deserves to be managing there if he does not have people skills or telephonic skills...I am so disgusted by his behavior I dont think I will ever buy this brand because of him.

So my 7 year old is quite the fashionista and recently was attracted to a pair of Nikes, after which she has become obsessed with anything Nike... This was her latest self picked outfit.!! She's loving it, if only Nike SA could bring more of the range I see online (not available in SA) that would be great.

The above combined with no BBBEE compliance in South Africa is extremely concerning.

Defective Nike Soccer boots
Last Monday I returned a pair of soccer boots I bought for my son at sportscene menlyn mall. Reason for the return was that the boots started opening up at the soles. Noma from sportscene informed me that the boots would be given to your Nike representative. On Saturday Noma called me, informed me that the Nike rep had taken the boots on friday and they would have an answer for me by Monday. Monday came and went with not a word from either Nike or Sportscene. Tuesday morning I phoned Sportscene to try and find out what was actually happening. I was immediately informed that I was to collect my sons boots as it was decided that damage to the boots was normal wear and tear. Upon hearing that i demanded they give me details for the nike rep, informed them that i would taje it up with Nike directly. To cut a very long story short I went to the store yesterday to collect my son's soccer boots only to be told that it was no longer there. That the Nike rep had taken it and that Nike would contact me. All the info they could hive me was the first name of Bongani who sadly has not made any contact with me yet. This experience is leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth as I have been buying my son Nike soccer boots, in fact the brand for years

DEFECTIVE NIKE PRODUCT
Purchased a Nike Huarache, the product is just over 4 months old and the takie broke. Now i am trying to contact Nike head office in Midrand a number i received from Nike.com after emailing them, but to no avail. No answer on the other end. For a company that suppliers such an expensive product, you would think there service to their clients would be excellent. But that is defiantly note the case with Nike. Can some one from your head office contact me as a matter of urgency, in the mean time I will also contact the Consumer Counsel...

I Have the very same problem and for 3 months i hav been calling emailing and no1 from nike is responding i bought my nike air max vapour for R3000 and this is the service im recieving from nike. ********

bad service
Trying to get hold of someone at Nike SA headoffice to help me with tracksuits for a customer. Needless to say 9days later and still no reply from the Nike office.

I once spoke to a lady in the GM's office and she put me through to "Precia" she told me that Renaldo will contact me and 3 days later no phone call as yet.

Your phones ring and its a machine saying all the lines are busy(which I do understand) but after a while it say no one to answer your call please press pound or leave a message.

Left "1000s" of messages but it seems as if you're not interested in business.

Completely shocking. No after sales service
Nike SA HO do not answer their phones . 20 times often holding for up to 10 minutes . Usa answers after 1 ring butcabt help my issue IN SA. No wonder we have unemployment. The company's here to tight to employ enough staff !
