Kindly clearly mark the closing times.
Hi I understand that everyone is trying there best in these uncertain times but could you please ask Nike Springfield to clearly mark by the door the closing times if they have temporary changed so that we dont wait only to have the door closed on us.

I visited your store today and I was the last one in a que of 3 people to enter the shop things seemed to be slow in people coming out of the shop and when finally 3 people came out the gentleman in the shop asked the security to let one gentleman infrom of me to come in and closed the door right in front of me at 16h59. I understand the importance of closing at the right time just as the importance of opening at the right time. I believe after explaining to him that I was not going to be long and i dont stay in the area and he has seen that i was the last one on the que few minutes earlier and 3 people had come out of the shop i believe he could have let me in with the gentleman infront off because the issue was not the number of people in the shop for social distancing. His response was that they should have closed the door at 16h30 yet he did not explain that to when he came few minutes earlier to do a head count. If the times have changed temporarily from 17h00 to 16h30 please could you ask them to put a sign by the door as it is not a nice feeling to have the door close on you being the last person when you were counting on 17h00 for the closing as I waited few minutes by the line.

Sometimes it those small things that makes the experience of a person in a shop memorable.

Nike Air Force 1 shoe - Low cut
My daughter got a pair of Nike Air Force 1 (white) shoes for her birthday. The size was too big (no 8) and we went to Tyger Valley Cross Trainer (where it was bought) to exchange it for a no 7. The manager promised that he would order this from JHB. After almost 2 months of waiting, it seems that this is not happening. Does any Nike shop in SA have stock of this shoe? The service so far is very disappointing.

Terrible Service and Rude Staff-Nike Cresta
We went into Nike Cresta to purchase a takkie for my daughter. The talkie was marked R1310. When we go to the till to pay, we were informed that the takkie has been marked wrong, that infacr the price us R2000. We demanded that we get the takkie for the advertised price but to no avail. The cashier Rose (refused to give me her surname) said that the Manager was on lunch, and also refused to even chat to us. Absolutely disgusting knowledge of Consumer Protection Act as well as false advertising. Nike has lost the plot if this is the way customers are treated.

Nike air max
I have an air Max worn about 5 times the takkies are as good as new the air patch is punctured which cannot be repaired at any shoe repair. Called the Nike factory shop and they said over 6 months they cannot do anything.The website says over two year warranty I was told the air patch does not have a warranty only the rest of the shoe is in warranty according to customer services Mr no name who accuses me of walking on thorns I explained I live in a flat wore those takkies from the car park to the car into the office and back home he still insisted also beside accussing me of abusing him he couldn't answer my questions and rudely ended the call

If I wanted a throw away takkies there are plenty of fake Nikes,the warranty on the site says two years well two years only for half a takkie I guess with no solution to repair the takkie Nike does not have the facility to do so hense it is cheaper and easier to to use those fake Nikes or change the brand there are plenty of competitors to choose from if you loose 10 customers like me that is a loss of 300 or more customers a day take responsibility of your factory fault would have been the best solution,Mr no name says there is nothing he could do and he is being abused because he couldn't answer me thereafter the call was rudely cut by Mr no name who refused to give his name

I am a customer that you have lost and I will never purchase a Nike again

Good day just want to tell you about zando online retailer witch sell your stuff you can just check them out on the web and facebook they are a horrible company advertising nike among other brands that they don't have in stock but they can easily take your money if you are lucky delivery is in a month and many more problems they have no customer service at all just ignoring all the complaints they get now is that the type of company that you want to represent your fine brand and quality products

Product Quality
I have always run in Nike products but the latest has been horrible quality. Less than 350km and shoes are falling apart and trying to get hold of Nike about this is like trying to find bigfoot.

Bad service
I was at the Nike shop in Boksburg today, got treated like a criminal as I took a pair of shoes after asking the shop assistant about the price and the 50% off. He told me that the shoes in the open boxes is what it is even if the size on the box etc and the inside does not correspond. At the till they tried to convince me it was not the right box and it is not their problem if customers put shoes in wrong boxes. They could not even find the box for the shoes I had an tried to make out as if I changed boxes to get the percentage of. I have been a nike fan and loyal customer for very long but never again your Boksburg store sucks and the poeple working there and the manager even worse.

Poor telephone system
Calling Nike SA Head office is pathetic as the automated machine asks you to press different options but nothing happens you key in your requirement. it is even set to ask if you are still there so you can choose your option.

Low quality
I am very disappointed about the quality of the air max. I bought them in dec 2018 at the nike shop in Menlyn. I washed them twice and the colour of the logas have come off as well as the deco on the takkies.
