Reviews of Department of Labour - Kempton Park

I’ve applied for ui19 even now i haven’t got any Cent,instead they told me I must no longer come my money is finished and they take bribes,long cues after they cut you in a line telling you that you must come tomorrow as if they give you money for transport/petrol BAD...BAD SERVICE ????

Good evening it is with sadness that I am only texting this now.

I had a previledge to connect to an acquaintance.

Labour Kempton Park I have been there multiple time coming with so many avidavits with no success, one said my reasons are lame and I should come back after 14days still nothing, made a plan like borrowing to go back to get assistance from them.

I did another avidavit because I knew they will request it again. When I got there I was told why I waited long and avidavit clearly stated my reasons. I was told again that I should come back after 14days still nothing. I already owe a loan shark in order for me to get my payout.

Who knows that last payout might be paying all the debts I took just to have a problem fixed in Kempton Park. Forgetting we queue from 4am. Your employees are forgetting we don't have jobs like them, men to just throw money at them. Some of us really need to work hard to have a lousy R1 in our pockets .

As I went to sign on the 19th of April was told to wait for 30days yet I did after 30days went back was told there is a document missing which I gave them within a week and was told to wait for 2weeks again I did, went back on 28th of June still nothing and I was told to fill a form was going to get a call but still. Why is it so hard to my money

I don't think it is good for us to cry for our money i submitted the document's on the 27 May 2021 but still i haven't received any cent on my claim no one is calling or informing me what is happening till iwent again on the 30 of June still they don't explain they just give u a small paper no even checking on system that u are on or not so plz can u plz improve Kempton park stuff they don't care about people and we suffering a lot while them they did get paid month end as if they do a good job plz plz we need help Kempton park is not helping us.

No customer service, always tired and don't have time for questions, even now I don't know the status of my maternity application but I applied on the 04/03/21,no sms, nothing, when I went to asked everyone is busy,I must just wait for SMS and I am going back to work on the 03/05/21

I'm really disappointed in the service at kempton park department of labour . everyone that i worked with went to various Labour departments and they have already recieved their money while i've been waiting for 4 months . The gentelman that helped me the last time said he would call me but i havent recieved a call its been a month already . i apply at kempton park and it was a online application which i applied for in October or november ,i was told its quicker but i still havent received anything
