Company description
Since its inception the work has been based on a foundation of faith and by God’s grace has maintained that position until the present time.
The mission’s name originated in the passage from the Gospel of John where the Lord Jesus, on the great day of the feast, called out in a loud voice, “If any man thirst, let him come to me and drink. He that believes in me as the scripture said, rivers of living water (Vernacular = Jivan ka jal ki nadia) will flow from his innermost being.” John 7:37-38.
The mission was founded during 1980/81 as a direct result of a command from the heart of God. A rather infamous former hotel was made available for this.
The people God has called to be part of this Mission are from various backgrounds and denominations. Rev. Greg Denysschen is the
Show more Director of the Mission. All who live and work on the Mission live by faith. No one earns a salary. Each day God supplies what is necessary to keep the Mission running.
Over many years God has taught us that the most effective tool of evangelism is a life completely surrendered to Him. In every area of service at the Mission there are opportunities to preach the Gospel without a word… be it through the preparation of a meal, the way a call is answered at Reception, or the hard work in the Workshop and the Market Garden.
Individuals and Groups of young and old alike receive a warm welcome at the Mission. The “Hot Youth Camp” was hosted in 2007 to inspire young people to live fully for Christ. Seminars on Marriage and Family are held, and also training in how to reach people from a Hindu background. Visitors are accommodated without cost in rooms within the main Mission building, or in the Men’s Dormitory. Three meals a day are provided, as well as tea and refreshments at appropriate times.

help for Woonga addiction
Okay I listen to good news community radio to and from work daily. They always used to have ads of the mission helping pple with addiction of all types and maby types of perilous situations brought on by the kids if society and how the mission assisted there wud be calls of desperation aired and how jivinnadi mission assisted and numbers to call for help etc. So this morning at around 08:45 / 09:00 I called the mission on ******** first it rang continously no answer then it cut off. Because I really needed the help I called back it rang and thus time a lady by the name of Annette answered I tried explaining that my nephew needs help I'm trying to find out information I tried to explain exactly what's going just Kure they do on those calls the pple made fir help, Annette asked me my nephews name then she said there's a long waiting list there's no way they can take him, I was trying to explain she kept cutting me off I felt like she wasn't listening she wanted me to listen to her basically repeat over and over again that they can't the him there's a long waiting list, I shud I don't think he can wait very long he's deteriorating from the drug he can't eat so he's weak, very thin, etc. She said ge can't come die there he has to go somewhere else. I must try kwasizabantu and haven of rest as addiction is not the missions ministry. When I did get a word in I said o kissed to radio air situations just like mine making ut seem as though they a ray of hope it such dark times but it seems to be just advertising. They shudnt portray that image if they can't help pple in the way they advertising to reach out to pple who r in need. It's a lie then. Like false advertising. There's no hope no help just closed doors.

I am a person thats free now for 6 years after at least 10 different help centers. When they say they can't why don't you then do something instead of criticize people who spend most of their lives serving others.
