Extremely bad service
Been waiting home insurance claim payment for 2 weeks after finalization. Lost my Tennant due to this after explaining to stbank. Your employees lied about payment being loaded a week ago. Still not received... Unacceptable. Standard bank has worse service ever. Employees are useless.

STANDARD BANK WANTS TO MAKE ME A SLAVE TO MAKE A REPAYMENT NON-STOP.
What makes me even more frustrated is the fact that they make it impossible for me to send them a complaint e-mail. and the next thing they are going to say to me will be [why did you not make us aware] They are busy increasing the balance on my personal loan but debiting my account monthly. Last month [september 2021] my balance was lower than what it is now this month of October. I am publishing all this on all other social media platforms, reporting to the ombudsman and other authorities. I am not prepared to be a slave to this bank

I lost my car deal with Audi as part of shocking service. In 32 years witg Standard Bank never exerienced anything like this. Closing my very healthy account on Saturday 2 March 19

Bad attitude displayed by a consultant on me
This lady showed no respect on clients. If there are people like her on this company, you will lose customers. This happened on this day 15/05/2018 at Ulundi _kzn branch. I nearly left without getting help.
