Unacceptable service
All I need was a courteous call from Novel Ford Stellenbosch. I made the call when it got to 4pm when I didn't get any feedback from them. I booked my vehicle in on Friday, Dropped it off at 8:30 on Monday. Had I not called, I would have been stranded. Only to be told they had a backlog of Friday. NOT MY PROBLEM!! Now I will get home at 7pm due to their irresponsible actions. I will use another dealer and will never recommend them to anyone - in the big Distell.
