Fair Price - Johannesburg

Laybyed a bed from them for a month, went back this month to fetch the bed from fair price to be told I need to drive all the way to their warehouse to fetch the bed?! WHY WAS THIS NOT STIPULATED WHEN THE BED WAS LAYBYED? I’ve never heard of fetching a bed from a store’s warehouse hahahaha what a sick JOKE THIS STORE IS!!

I bought a fridge from fair price online and was told delivery would be received the next day. Yesterday I had someone wait at home for delivery with absolutely nobody pitching. Today I was assured the driver was spoken to and yet again nobody pitched. Worse part is I've been in contact with Edwin since this morning 11h30 and he sent me a voice note telling me he's leaving town to do delivery. Since after 12 he stopped responding to my messages. This will be the last time I'll ever order anything from this store ever again. This is not my first purchase. I've always had issues and this time I've decided to complain because people only offer proper service when you become rude and throw your toys out the cot. When you're nice and quiet they just don't care

I am so disappointed shym My mom went to fair price at Ladysmith To buy stove it is on special bt they don't have stock and they won't adder because that stove is not a fast line and special will end on the 09th October aiii shym U guys are not crc

I'm writing this message with great disappointment and dissatisfaction from your service. Two months back I laybyed a black couch, 7seater and when I went to pay it out today I was told it's no longer there. I had to pay for a 6 seater with a totally different colour from what i wanted.its so inconveniencing because I thought the reason behind laybyed is to secure that specific product, now I don't understand the way you guys do things. I'm really not happy with your service.

I've tried to reach out to all offices and seek help but still no reply. This is bad.

Fair price in vosloorus plaza, absolute disgrace. I had a 4 door mirror robe delivered on the 23.06.22.The assembler hired by fair price came to assemble the item on the 04.07.22 ,he did not finish due to loadshedding, we called him the whole day on the following day he didn't pitch and pick up my calls...long story short I went to the store on the 9th of July 2022 with proof of purchase as requested after the phone call I made to them on the 7th july 2022. I have been making several phone call ,spoke to the sales person, who referred me to the assembler, I spoke to the manager. MY WARDROBE IS STILL NOT FINISHED AND MY ROBE IS RUINED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME FIX IT EVEN TODAY.I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED

bought and paid for couch, along with delivery. Got ETA. Made arrangements to get the product received within the given ETA. All mentioned days arrived and passed without the being delivered. after two days I phoned the store and asked for manager-got told the product was no longer in stock (I asked if I had to call to be told that the product was no longer in stock and if the products dont get kept back after payment for delivery?)....now recently called again since the product was changed to another for delivery... two days after...still no delivery!!! I phoned the store to get poor communication skills from one of their staff who even refused to give me her names...upon argument, she lied about who her name was and changed three times telling at first her name is... secondly is... ands last changed again!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

FAIR PRICE IN PRETORIA CENTRAL

I have been waiting for an email and been calling head office and store from mahube and no one seems to help. I order a couch and I have been waiting I want my cash back,customer service of fair price need an improvement.

I laybuy a tv in fair price Randfontein when I wanted to take it out only 2 find out that my tv has been sold out dnt knw why! Like seriously.when a person picked a merchant they should take it serious because I really need it n they should put it aside nt selling it thats what I knw about laybye..so had 2 take tv that is not on my budget because of that issue which is wrong, the customer service that I got is way poor they need a better strategy on that they will lose customers the way they handle them. Ain't going to buy in any fair price at all never n they we're too slow just to solve a small issue nah i score 0/10.
Will not forget yesterday's issue 25 August 2021

Paid off my LayBy in May, and now the Silverton branch is saying they are out of stock and can't give me refund - blaming head office. Something must be done - I want my money back.

I bought a whirlpool washing machine, a dining room set, two stools sleeping couch and more last year March, my washing machine is faulty it has a 2 year warranty however they refuse to fix it i bought it at Fair Price in South Gate mall the sales persons name is Urshula and now she says that the warranty i have is not for the washing machine so im taking this matter to speak out lets see how rude they will be with me on Friday when i get there with speak out........ ill never ever purchase from them again but i cant wait to see once they get exposed.

Very very poor and bad service ???????? we bought Wardrobe cash at Festival Mall
on the 22 of March till to date we haven't recieved it nobody cares to call and explain what going on.......can we have our money back!!!!

Hi m not happy with the service I got at klipriver midway shop I lay bay wardrobe,fridge& base set worth R7630.00 last month on the 4th this month I payed the remaining balance then I asked wen can I expect the delivery so that I can take a day off or leave the key with someone & the manager harshly & rudely told me to expect the delivery after 48hours,so today I went there to check what's the delay cause their 48hours turned to a week & they told me they are out of stock & the is nothing they can do so I asked for the refund the manager said I will only get my refund on the 18th of may cause I will be on the waiting list.m not happy at all.

I bought comfort relaxer bed they delivered it yesterday but one leg broke while I was sleeping and am No longer sleeping comfortable I want to change it with another one Eternity bed they said I must buy clue to fix the leg am not happy at all

Your moruleng store stuff been avoiding my calls. I've been waiting for. An assembler for more than 15 days now. Everytime I call their store during office hours , I get no answer and when I try to call their so called installer , the numbers go straight to voicemail. I even hired someoñe to assemble it for me

Is it possible for me to buy something from fair price in Johannesburg and collect it at fair price in Newcastle?

Is thee any price store in Newcastle(Kwazulu-Natal) and is it possible for me to shop online, then deliver in Dannhauser, just 35 minutes away from Newcastle town.
