Home Connect has no process and CSAT is pathetic
Firstly they can teach their agent proper telephone etiquette and be for responsible. I paid on the 4th of February and only on the 17th of February after me chasing them up only to find out fiber is available in my area but just not in my complex. When I asked for a refund I was told it will take up to 8 weeks..... I made an immediate payment so I should get refunded immediately seeing that they took money from me as a customer when they clearly didn't do the relevant checks to see if fiber can be connected in my property. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with the agents at home connect. No managers available to speak to me and the agent didn't even know what the complaints process is. I don't recommend them as an isp at all. No resolution and they still have my money it's been 18 days and no refund which means I'm loosing money by not working, telephone calls daily and my time and they don't seem to understand how they are negatively impacting me both financially and mentally. It's draining to be honest to deal with such incompetent people. All they do is pass the blame, taking responsibility is the 1st step to providing a resolution and they fail to understand that. I'm expecting a call at 9 am and if I don't get that call I will escalate to ICCSA and go as far as social media. The consequences of your actions have put me in a situation that you guys are not seeing. You have my number but just incase you haven't escalated my complaint I want a senior to call me on ******** 1st thing today. I am not waiting up to 8 weeks for my money when I made an immediate payment that I'd unexceptable
