No customer service / Bad Service in Eerste Rivers Cash Crusaders
We purchased a Dixon freezer box in September 2018 with a 12 month guarantee, in September 2018 the motor of the freezer packed up and we took it to the store where the manageress told us they don't do the repairs anymore and handed my husband a pamphlet with some company's details which do the repairs for them. The manageress her name is Alecia..These people came and picked up the freezer and we had to pay them extra money, which we have all the paperwork for. This week I called Alecia,no customer service that woman has. She after I eventually got her to listen to me, she let her operations manager call me, I think his name is Johann, of no use this man either...He doesn't do anything to assist me with finding this people or my freezer. He hasn't even offered me a replacement freezer until they sort out this issue...They just acting like I got myself into this mess, as where they were the people giving us the pamphlet and telling my husband to use these people as these people
do the repairs for them....What am I supposed to do now...Cash Crusaders are a
pretending I am invisible now after they go the money I worked so hard for to buy me a freezer.

Good morning all
Its the 15 November 2018,and I have still not received any assistance with regards to my freezer.. Who do I speak to now with regards to this issue...I want my freezer back from Cash Crusaders or a replacement.....Really....No customer service at all.
