Review Questionable company

I enrolled in a course advertised by Awan Technologies. 24hrs before the course date the company cancelled with me due to "delegates not enough to host course". I was informed that I will be refunded. After a lot of promises and emails and telephonic discussions, still NO REFUND. This happened in Aug 2018 and now we are end Oct 2018.Moffat Nawa has a lot of excuses. Started not to answer my calls anymore and seldom answers emails. I question the credibility of Awan Technologies and I am starting to suspect that I might have been defrauded. BE CAREFUL!
