Review Cracks on my sheets

Cracks on my sheets that I've been complaining about it's more that a year,my email are ignored Mike came to check since,I phoned him more than 8times everytime he says they haven't forgotten,they are busy, really 18months has passed only two months back they came to find where it was liking they said they were never told about the sheets,they will come back,even now
