Review Ring went in for a cleaning, came back broken.

Took my ring in for a cleaning, got it back missing a gem.
Sent it back to replace the gem (which I was charged for!).
Got it back and it had clearly been broken in half and the wrong ends placed together! Had to then prove to the owner this had happened, and when he finally admitted what had happened, he didn't even apologise!
Absolutely REVOLTED with the service I received.
