No after sales service
Imperial after sales service is pathetic have a 2015 Np200 the window winder mechanism that was faulty when the vehicle was a couple off month's old which they replaced, this mechanism is still faulty every time I take it to them the just grease it and say it's working correctly after greasing it works for a couple off days then becomes tight and noisey vehicle went back to them they grease nothing wrong till I complained to Nissan South Africa who assist to get my vehicle booked in with Imperial now they found something wrong with the mechanism and have ordered another one.
My Np200 is a 2015 model with under ********klm there is a knocking sound on the RH front tyre as per the Forman at Imperial Nissan Durban he finds nothing wrong, again I take my vehicle to a wheel alignment specialist who immediately found the noise went back to Imperial Nissan Forman says the when the vehicle comes for the window mechanism he Will double check it, DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU COULD NOT FIND THE FAULT THE FIRST TIME LIKE THE MECHANISM WHEEL ALIGNMENT PEOPLE FOUND IT IN 5 MINUTES.
My wheel bearings are noisey work shop Forman says it's my Tyres when replaced both my tyres with brandNew Barum Tyres that came with the vehicle he now with out even testing the vehicle tells me the make off tyre is South African it's not a good tyre that is why there is a noise MY QUESTION YOU FOUND THE TYRES WHERE FAULTY I REPLACED TYRES WITH BRANDNEW TYRES STILL SAME NOISE NOW ITS A INFERIOR QUALITY TYRE WITHOUT EVEN TESTING THE VEHICLE What do I do now? I still have wheel bearing noise which you told me was my Tyres I REPLACED the Tyres now you telling me it's an inferior tyres that's why the noise (why is Nissan fitting theses tyres in new vehicles if they are inferior?
My steering rack noise if you could not find the noise the day you had my vehicle how are you gone find the noise now when you double check guys it took the wheel alignment specialist 5min to FIND the noise and tell me the steering rack has a play.
Where is your after sales service?
Is imperial waiting for My warranty to finish?
This is not my first Nissan that I have owned but the service that I am getting from Imperial Nissan Durban is disappointing.
I have been very patient but now I am just tired off excuse after excuse.
1. WHEEL BEARINGS NOISEY - FAULTY TYRES CHANGED THE TYRES NOW YOU SAY INFERIOR TYRES.
2. KNOCK FRONT RIGHT SIDE - YOU SAID YOU CAN'T FIND ANYTHING TOOK IT TO WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIALIST TOOK THEM 5MIN TO FIND THE NOISE YOU SAID YOU WILL DOUBLE CHECK ?
3. STEERING RACK YOU ORDERED LET'S SEE HOW THAT GOES
