Review of Kraaifontein Municipality

I had to submit plan for an extension to an existing dwelling at the planning and building counter. x3 I was requested to either add or change information, which I found really frustrating. On my last visit I encountered a young lady that was so terribly rude. When serving the public, try and put a smile on your face. If we work, we are so fortunate to earn an income. She once again wanted to send me back to change the plan. I refused to accept this, there is a checklist that they should have provided me with (obviously failed to do so). I eventually landed up with a lady called Elmarie. Wow, what customer service excellence she displayed. I cannot thank her enough. For Phindile, all I can say is please treat your customers with respect, it goes a long way. You are after all delivering a service.
