Review of P C Pools

Avoid at all costs. I was promised a pool in a month and it took much longer. They sent two young boys with a pick axe and shovel who were totally unsupervised. When the hole flooded in the rain they had one bucket to empty it which took them days as they were sleeping on my lawn in between. I have the photos of their workers sleeping. They were also fishing in the river when they were meant to be working. It was unbelievable to watch. They then disappear for long periods with no explanation. As I have just moved to the area I did not know that the river could flood. I wanted the pool by the house by they said it would be better by the river. Once I found out the river floods he said just backwash. So I am meant to backwash logs, stones and dirt out. I made him write an additional guarantee. Now the light has fallen out and the electrical installation done on my DB is illegal and unsafe. Does he come back to fix it - No. Their guarantee is worth nothing. He does not care about his customers. And watch out for the cheap accessories that come with the package. Really pathetic.
