Review of Frangos

My husband and I decided to give Frangos Ladybrand in Free state a chance and eat something different. To our surprise the food were packaged in the most unhygienic way. The two pieces and chips and roll with extra sauce. The roll was put in a plastic bag with the chips and meat and the vinegar and salt sachets were put on the meat with the sauce. When I asked the rude lady at the till(Gladys),with an attitude she told me that the owner of the franchise told them to do so, I then requested for the floor manager, she said they don't have one. I then asked for the owners numbers ,she then refused , I then googled their numbers I called in from the car and only then was I given her numbers. I then called Marina who wasn't any better with her manners and attitude, I then advised her of what just occurred, she so much in her exact words told me to do what I thought was best, I then requested for a refund as I was not going to put my health at risk by consuming the meal,she refused me a refund and I told her I was going to take this further she told me to do so.
