Unfortunately I could not select a quarter star!!! What an absolute rubbish service p- their consultants do not care - when they want to sign you up their technicians are available even on overtime yet when you have a technical problem no technician is available for days. As for trying to get hold of any department on the phone, what a nightmare - I called from my cell phone from Monday to Wednesday at various times and was kept waiting for hours - 3.29 hours in total at premium time without even talking to anyone.
