Review of GamesdotCom

A GamesdotCom has opened at the Kloof Spar mall and they sell games.
Somebody I know son bought 2 games on the 9 December 2013 for R200 .
Both games were second hand and do not even play on his machine. The youngster was excited that he bought his own games and they do not even work.
Nowhere in the store states that the games are not new.
The family will be demanding new ones or a total refund.
