Review of The Sunglass Shop - Centurion Mall

I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses from The SunglasShop. The glasses took a month to arrive. The sunglasses have a large scratch on the outside of the right lens. The company representative, "Barrie Sander," tells me "the glasses were in good shape when they were shipped. They must have been damaged in shipping." How do sunglasses which are in a box, completely wrapped with bubble plastic, and inside of a case get a scratch from shipping? They said they would give me a discount on my next pair. Fat chance. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Please do not buy from The SunglasShop, bad quality, poor design, and cheap material.

Dear Customer. I think you have the wrong shop in your complaint. I am the Manager of the store, and have been for the last 10 years. Firstly, we don't have and never had have a Barrie Sander working in the company. Secondly, our stock shipments are never bubble wrapped, but packed in cardboard trays. Thirdly, we would not sell a defective pair of sunglasses to any customer, ever. Fourthly, we do not offer discount to cover for customer disappointment, issues are always resolved in store. We take pride in our product and customers, and do believe that due to the facts stated in you complaint, that you have the wrong store in mind.
