Review of American Swiss Jewellers (pty) Ltd

I took my ring for adjustments on Tuesday the 02.07.2013 and the lady said to me that I must come and collect it on Monday the 08.09.2013. When I get there and tell her that I am going to collect my ring, she asked when did I bring it and I told her, she was so shocked and starting to tell me stories "that they didn't work on Thursday so I must come the following day which is today". I dont trust her anymore I didn't want to be dissapointed again, so I just called her and ask if the ring arrived. She said no I must come next week Thursday, and I asked her why is it taking so long and she told me that I am not the only one who is waiting for her ring.They don't keep their promises and they dont have a cusomer relation.
