Review Planet Fitness -Wanderers

I am trying to cancel a gym membership at Planet Fitness. I have gone in to the Wanderers Gym to complete a cancellation form which was advised on their website. I was then told that they couldn’t help me and given a number for Customer Services which was incorrect. I then found an additional customer service number and you are simply left to wait indefinitely on a call without assistance. It has been an hour and a half on the phone now.
