Review Damaged goods

Very dissapointing experience and products. We ordered some sanitaryware from them and bathtub arrived chipped and without handles. After countless emails they refused to replace the bathtub and never even refunded the missing handles.

Treat very carefully and if you do decide to purchase from them inspect everything at their warehouse as afterwards it will be a nightmare with no happy ending.
We will not be dealing with them again, and will advise others the same.
