Review Over high prices

I used to love buying stuff at cash converters but now it’s not worth it. I rather buy from Facebook marketplace or buy that same item new from a retailer which will be cheaper.
Please can you send auditors to stores just to have a look at the pricing.
Cash converters used to be a bargain shop but now thinks it is a shop that actually sells new items, what a joke.
More of this and I can tell you that you are going to lose customers. In fact you are, people rather buy from marketplace and sell their item on marketplace place.
I am sure you can see that you are losing a lot.
