Hi I bought my fridge in December on the second day after they deliver I notice that the water dispenser is licking so I've decide to take out the water and leave the water dispenser empty and I called the sales lady and report the mater on top of that my thing in the top fridge are getting frozen eg lettuce, cucumbers and spinach .still today I did not get any assistance I even go to the manager he told me he cant do any thing he hv to wait for hisense consultant to come to my house . Till today I'm so frustrated I'm thinking of opening a case now I've waited for two month with our getting any help. I'm in Queenstown my contact number 074 764 3940
