Review of Sportwater SA

On 25 March 2013, I transfered R15 000.00, into Deon Bester, of Sport Water's account, for the Bottling Plant, that he is advertising, on the internet, with his promise, on an e-mail, that it would be installed, on my premises, within 3 weeks, after the deposit was paid.
When the weeks was up, he had all sorts of stories, about how busy he is, and each week he would promise to install it the following week.
After about 3 weeks, I told him to rather cancel the agreement, because it did not look like the system was ever going to be delivered, or installed.
I am currently battling to get my money back from him.
He does not answer phone calls, and basically never replies to e-mails.
I am not going to leave it at that, i have contacted my lawyer, and we are busy with the process of handing him over for collection.
He will end up paying more than what I deposited, into his bank account, because he also going to be held accountable, for the legal cost, in this case.
Please anybody reading this review, DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY, WITH ANYTHING.
