Review Waiting time

At the counter there are 3/4 receptionists but only one person working and they tend to waste more time chatting and moving around the clinic while we wait for hours before receiving assistance both from the reception and nurses. I came in to collect my pills, no check ups to be done or anything like that but I waited for hours. Can we please get assistance in time, we have other priorities and can't come to spend the entire morning just to collect pills
