DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EVER STAFF AND MANAGMENT
AFTER NUMEROUS PURCHASES AND NOW RECENT ITEMS I TOOK TO SELL I APPROACHED THE ONE BUYER AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD LOOK AT BUYING A CERTAIN ITEM FROM ME BEFORE BRINGING IT IN .I FULLY DESCRIBED THE ITEM IN DETAIL AND UPON AGREEING WITH ME SAID "YES SIR WE DO PLEASE BRING IT ALONG".I DID SO THE NEXT DAY AND BEFORE I EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO SANITISE WAS IMMEDIATELY TOLD 'SORRY WE DONT ACCEPT THIS KIND OF ITEMS".I POLITELY EXPLAINED IT WAS SINDILE THE ASSIST BUYER WHOM WE AGREED TO BRING ALONG.HE SAID NO WAYS AND THEN DISCOVERED IT WAS THE BUYING MANAGER AND WAS ADDIMINT HE WOULD NOT LOOK AT MY ITEM.HE SAID PROCEDURE CALLED THAT ALL ITEMS WERETO BE AUTHORISED BY HIM AND SO HAPPENED THE DAY BEFORE WHEN I DESCRIBED MY ITEM HE WAS NEXT TO US ASSISTING ANOTHER CUSTOMER.MY QUESTION WHY DID THIS ASSIST BUYER NOT ASK HIM AND CONFIRM ??????????DO ALL CASH CONVERTERS STAFF GET TAUGHT THE SAME OR AS IT APPEARS DO AS THEY PLEASE????FURTHER MORE THERE WAS ANOTHER SO CALLED MANAGER WHOM WAS RUDE AND TURNED HIS BACK TO ME I ASKED FOR THEIR NAMES AND TOTALLY IGNORED ME/.I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS AND THEY SAID OUTRIGHT IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OWNERS AND THEY ARE UNREACHABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!THEN A LADY WHO WAS YET ANOTHER MANAGER SILINDILE WAS COURTEOUS AND APPOLOGISED AND MADE A OFFER JUST TO MAKE PEACE.DOES CASH CONVERTERS OPERATE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS / ???WITH SUCH STAFF REQUIREMENT STANDARDS SEEMS ANY ONE CAN BE EMPLOYED THERE .TOTALLY DISGUSTED
